In response, Kanpur Superstars struggled, being restricted to 139/9, handing Meerut an 86-run victory. Only two Kanpur batters managed double-digit scores, as the Mavericks’ bowlers dominated. Vijay Kumar, Yash Garg, and Kartik Tyagi each took two wickets, while Rinku Singh, Vishal Chaudhary, and Zeeshan Ansari chipped in with one each.
The UP T20 League 2025 final is set for September 6, featuring six teams: Meerut Mavericks, Kanpur Superstars, Kashi Rudras, Gaur Gorakhpur Lions, Noida Kings, and Lucknow Falcons.
