Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer is currently spending his vacation in Spain. During his trip, he was spotted at the FC Barcelona museum, where he took time to admire the club’s historic trophies and achievements.
Sharing the moment on social media, FC Barcelona posted a photo of Iyer and wrote, “Thanks for the visit, @shreyasiyer15 🏏 🇮🇳 Once a culer, always a culer 💙❤”.
Shreyas Iyer, who is not part of India’s Test squad currently touring the United Kingdom, appeared relaxed as he posed with a customized Barcelona jersey bearing his name and the number 96.
Which Football Club Does Shreyas Iyer Support?

Shreyas Iyer, who recently led the Punjab Kings to the IPL 2025 final, is not just a cricket star but also an avid football fan. The stylish Indian batter is a loyal supporter of Premier League club Chelsea. During his childhood, Iyer was equally passionate about cricket and football, but eventually chose to pursue a career in cricket—where he’s considered one of India’s most underrated top-order batters.
Known for blending elegant strokeplay with raw power, Shreyas Iyer had an impressive IPL 2025 campaign. Yet, surprisingly, he wasn’t picked for India’s Test series in England.
That said, he is expected to be back in the mix for India’s upcoming ODI series against Bangladesh, starting on 17 August.
Interestingly, Shreyas Iyer and other Indian cricketers were recently seen at an Adidas event alongside Manchester United players, where members from both teams interacted, shared insights, and posed for photos.
