Jadeja, Bumrah, & Siraj fought all the way till the end. Well tried, Team India.
England played well to keep the pressure on and produced the result they desired. Congratulations on a hard fought win.
Notably, Jadeja remained unbeaten with a resilient 61 runs in the second innings, but lacked support from the rest of the batting lineup. Bumrah held on for 54 balls and Siraj resisted for 30 deliveries, keeping India’s hopes alive. However, England eventually broke through and bowled India out to seal the victory.

Sachin Tendulkar: Earlier in the match, England won the toss and chose to bat first. Led by a century from Joe Root, the hosts put up a total of 387 runs. India responded strongly, matching the total with KL Rahul scoring his second Test century at the iconic venue.
With this victory at Lord’s, England now lead the five-match series 2-1. The fourth Test is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 23, at Old Trafford in Manchester.
