India pacer Mohammed Siraj <\/a>opened up about his camaraderie with Test captain Shubman Gill, revealing that he teasingly calls him his \u201cbunny\u201d in the nets. Siraj played a pivotal role in India\u2019s 2-2 series draw in England, stepping up as the highest-wicket taker after Jasprit Bumrah was rested to manage his workload. His standout performance included a 9-wicket haul at the Oval, helping India secure a series draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on their long association, Siraj recalled shared milestones with Gill, from making their Test debuts together at the MCG to achieving the top ICC ODI rankings simultaneously. \u201cShubman and I have been together for a long time. We have played India A. We have spent time off the field as well. We made our Test debuts together at the MCG, and also became ODI No. 1 at the same time. We have a lot of memories together,\u201d he told RevSportz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siraj also discussed their time in the IPL last season, highlighting the playful rapport that underpins their on-field understanding. \u201cHe\u2019s also the captain of Gujarat Titans.
