\u201cI think in the subcontinent, as a spinner, you might get a bit more out of the new ball early on. The hard seam can grip those dry surfaces, so it\u2019s something we might consider moving forward,\u201d Maxwell said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m just as surprised as anyone when I take a wicket. I love getting wickets. Anytime I dismiss someone, it\u2019s a thrill. My role in the Powerplay is to do a job, and I\u2019m focused on executing that as best as I can,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the ongoing T20I series against South Africa, Maxwell has been batting in the lower order. Previously, in the T20I series against the West Indies, he was tried as an opener. The Australian all-rounder emphasized his goal to remain flexible in the batting lineup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
